Garden snail
The garden snail has digestive system very similar to other snails. It starts with the intake of their food through their mouths, they have jaws that they use to cut up their food. Their mouth connects to the esophagus, it enters the esophagus after swallowed. The food then goes into the crop, in the crop their salivary gland are found. Bacteria is found in the crop which helps the snail digest cellulose.
